An 8-week cohort experience designed to support organizational and community leaders in integrating restorative justice and human-centered design into the core of their work.
Participants are guided through visioning, storytelling, culture-shaping, policy & systems design, and practical implementation in a collaborative, values-aligned learning environment.

Restorative Organizational Coaching
Individual or small-group coaching designed to help organizations strengthen their systems, culture, and practices through a restorative justice lens. These sessions support leaders and teams navigating growth, tension, transition, or change—offering space to reflect, clarify direction, and align structures and decision-making with restorative values. We help you strategize, connect you with resources and mentors, and ask great questions geared toward growth and values integration.
