DETAILS

Building Organizational and Project Alignment through Restorative Practice is a two-day learning experience designed for people who want a practical foundation in applying restorative tools within project-based and organizational settings.

Over two days, participants will explore how restorative approaches can strengthen project planning, improve communication, support accountability, and help teams respond to conflict in ways that protect relationships and improve outcomes. The training balances theory with applied practice and creates space for reflection.

This offering is ideal for business leaders, project managers, staff teams, and organizational facilitators who are supporting people through tension in collaboration. For those who want tools that are relational, practical, and effective, this training is ideal.

This is a learning-focused training rather than a certification program. Emphasis is placed on skill-building, reflection, and readiness to apply restorative approaches thoughtfully and responsibly.
